These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed with The Aurora Rose. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you shop.

1. General

The Aurora Rose is operated by Bond Establishment, company number KvK 96617608, VAT number NL005221243B51, with its company address at Abbert 16, 1132 AH Volendam, Netherlands.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes. We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

A binding agreement is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order in case of incorrect details, suspected fraud, or if an item is out of stock — in which case we will contact you and refund the full amount.

4. Shipping and Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos and design — belongs to The Aurora Rose and may not be used without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

7. Governing Law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to all agreements with The Aurora Rose. Bond Establishment is registered in the Netherlands. As a consumer, you always retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence — the choice of law does not limit your rights. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
