Where it started

The Aurora Rose began with a simple frustration: a wardrobe full of dresses and still nothing that felt right to wear. Too many were bought in a hurry, worn once, and never reached for again — and almost none of them were cut with an Australian summer in mind.

So we set out to do the opposite. A small, considered collection of dresses built for how people here actually dress: warm summers, mild winters, and everything from a weekday to a wedding. Not fast fashion, not fussy — just dresses you reach for again and again.

What we believe

Every dress we carry has to answer one honest question: would we wear this ourselves? If the answer isn't a clear yes, it doesn't make the range. We would rather offer a small collection we stand behind than a catalogue we don't — versatile shapes you can dress up or down, fabrics that feel good in the heat, and colours that sit easily beside what you already own.

Sizing, honestly

Every dress has its own size chart with real body measurements — not a generic S/M/L guess. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us before you order and we will tell you which one we would pick.
