Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Aurora Rose. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply email us at support@theaurorarose.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and send you clear instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If your return is due to our error (for example, you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, items marked as final sale, and products that have been used, worn, washed or damaged after delivery. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@theaurorarose.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, please wait until it arrives and then request a return.
