We currently ship throughout Australia. All orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates

Free shipping — we offer free tracked delivery on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

5. Shipping Restrictions

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

In the event of failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or an uncollected parcel, the package may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply if the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery or of receipt, with photos where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
